State utility PLN operated 4,655 new public chargers (SPKLU) in 2025 — up 44% from 3,223 in 2024 — across 3,007 sites (up from 2,192). The mix includes 633 ultra-fast, 482 fast, 2,681 medium, and 859 standard-speed units. Home Charging Service subscriptions roughly doubled to 70,250 in 2025, from 32,215 the year before.
